The intensification of disease control interventions has resulted in its global decline, but it remains a significant public health burden and the emerging disease are pulling out. Besides, the machine learning used in the biological process help to efficiently solved the genomics problems such as the understanding of the pathogens caused, the origins of diseases, flow rates between populations (temporal and spatial), drug resistance, and potential susceptibility to drugs candidate and vaccines. It is the two main revolutionary aspects of computer science and biomedical research which have a great potentiality to explore challenges at the molecular level as drug discovery, drug resistance mechanism, and the evolutionary process of the pathogens. Understand genomics diversity is the key to forward into structural biology and personalized medicine, but the faster it goes, the better it is with machine learning.
Birds of a Feather (BoFs) are informal, self-organized meetups focused on specific topics. They are a great way to meet other like-minded community members and have an in-depth discussion on a topic of interest.
