The 2020 Bioinformatics Community Conference brings together the Bioinformatics Open Source Conference (BOSC) and the Galaxy Community Conference into a single event featuring training, a meeting, and a CollaborationFest. Events run from July 17 through July 25, and isheld in both the eastern and western hemispheres.
This BoF is for everyone working in computational chemistry, cheminformatics and molecular dynamicsand interested in implementations of tools, workflows and training in Galaxy. We will discuss our current projects and possible opportunities for collaboration. Anyone from related communities are welcome to attend. Join us on Zoom and share ideas in this doc.
