I work in the Biocomputing Unit in Centro Nacional de Biotecnologia in Madrid. I am a mixed of software developer and sysadmin. In our group we develop Scipion, a software framework used by the Structural Biology community to process CryoEM and Tomography data. I work on EOSC projects with the aim of having a Scipion service in EOSC and move towards more FAIR Scipion workflows. I am also in charge of administering our servers to allow both developers and biologists to effectively use them.
